1. WHAT TIME DOES THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE HAVE?

We provide the airport-hostel-airport transportation service between 06:00 and 10:00. Check the time of your return flight and inform us to schedule your transportation.


2. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ARRIVAL?

We will be aware of your flight and our driver will contact you to pick you up when you leave the luggage room. If you can not find it for any event, call us at 3007582311 or landline (031) 2225531. Remember that the call sign for Bogotá is 031 if you dial from cell phone. Only our official at the Airport or in the telephone service will give you the instructions to take our transport. We are 20 minutes from Eldorado International Airport and 15 minutes from the Transportation Terminal. Please note that transportation in Bogotá is congested and we may suffer delays in its collection. We have 2 departures to the Airport scheduled at 1 and 3 pm. Different from these schedules the service is provided according to the availability of our vehicle. If your arrival in Bogota is outside the hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., you can call us to indicate the safest way to get to the hostel.

On the way to our hostel, you will take Av. Calle 26, which is the most important avenue that runs through the city of Bogotá from West to East, connecting the town of Engativá with the Historic Center of the city. During the journey you will be able to see up close sites such as El Portal Eldorado de Transmilenio, the Gran Estación Shopping Center, the CAN, the Agustín Codazzi Institute, the National University and the American Embassy. Our location is ideal for your entertainment and your travels during your stay.


3. WHAT IF I ARRIVE AT THE TRANSPORTATION TERMINAL?

In this case, upon arrival at the Terminal you must call us at 222 55 31 to indicate the location in Module 3 and send you our vehicle. Remember that the call sign for Bogotá is 031 if you dial from cell phone.


4. WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO DELIVER THE ROOM?

Our daily hotel court is at 3 pm, before this time we do not guarantee the delivery of your room and at this time of the day of your departure you must deliver it. If you have your flight at night, let us know and we will give you alternatives. At the reception we can store your luggage.


5. WHAT OTHER PAYMENTS SHOULD I DO IN THE HOSTEL?

Our rate includes the IVA of the lodging and of courtesy the transport of entrance and exit and the American type breakfast. It does NOT include hotel insurance or other consumption of food, transportation, long distance, laundry and others not specified in our rates, which must be paid at the time of departure.


6. DO YOU HAVE A DINING SERVICE?

Our dining service is provided from 6:10 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. The complimentary breakfast is served until 9:00 a.m. We offer lunches and dinners and cafeteria service in room service.


7. WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU HAVE?

We offer long distance service, wireless Internet, computer center, laundry service and free medical emergency coverage within our facilities.
